Project #1 - Save hours by implementing ClickUp for the team and managing launch of an online course
About the Project
The project was to implement ClickUp as a streamlined project management tool for my client. The goal was to increase organizational efficiency and clarity within the team and make it the go-to tool for project launches.
The Process
My process involved multiple detailed consultations to assess the team's needs and customizing ClickUp to align with the team's workflows. I delivered a fully functional ClickUp project management setup, complete with training and support for the team. We even managed the launch of an online course with ClickUp.
The Results
Project turnaround time reduced by about 30% and team was very satisfied with ClickUp as the go-to now!
About the Project
The project was to help the client hire a virtual assistant (VA) and offload administrative tasks, streamlining the business workflow. The goal of the project was to reduce the administrative burden on their team, so they can focus on their core responsibilities.
The Process
I collaborated closely with the client to craft a detailed job brief, application form, and job description that accurately reflected the team's needs.
The Results
Delivered a well-curated shortlist of candidates and ultimately made a successful hire! With the newly hired VA, administrative tasks were cut down by 5 hours a week leading to a noticeable increase in productivity.

About the Project
The project was to help the client set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team. The team had many repetitive tasks but no time to train a team member if the task needed to be switched hands. The goal of the project was to set up SOPs for the team so anyone could pick up a task quickly without taking up the time of another team member.
The Process
I collaborated with the client for a thorough understanding of the business systems, and held interviews with each team member to understand their roles and key tasks they undertake. From here, I created SOP templates for the team to populate key tasks, and house them in the SOP playbook (Airtable).
The Results
Achieved clarity on key tasks and training time has reduced by 60%.
